WHY YOU NEED TO BE LISTENING TO: OBONGJAYAR

Let's just start by saying: Listening to Obongjayar feels like an atheist who just started believing in God.    The Nigerian born Obongjayar came into our spotlight with "Never Change" a lyrically and musically strong track that craves to see the world through the innocent eyes of child:  "You're too precious all you're questionsAre parables that don't make senseYou wish that you were big like meI wish that I can see like you"  Since 2018 he's committed to other projects with his 2020 "Which Way is Forward?" with standouts like "Still Sun," God's Own Children and 10K.  Peep his tracks here: He recently collabed with Giggs, Octavian and Cruel Santino but it's his solo work where he truly shines.

The Unpredictability of Carter Ace

*Random bit of useless information alert: We're currently listening to Frozen sipping on a slurpee.* Ok back to the music. Carter Ace has been on our radar for a while since I Think I'm Normal dropped. If you have haven't see the amazing video watch it here. He's also recently become Tik Tok famous and if you follow him...well you'll know why. Like his music, Carter is an open book, sharing real life struggles with fans while also just being generally weird and unpredictable.. which we love.  He tones things down with his latest track "Frozen" a soulful ode to being stuck, not getting closure and regret.
